Background

Dr Ludovic Gros is a physician working in aviation and aeromedical evacuation medicine, with more than 25 years of experience in international medical assistance, aeromedical evacuation, operational medicine and global healthcare. He currently serves as Group CMO for a leading multinational assistance organisation. A former Colonel and Chief Flight Surgeon of the French Military Medical Service, he directed the Aeromedical Evacuation Control Centre of the European Air Transport Command, coordinating multinational MEDEVAC operations across seven nations, and served as medical director of France's largest joint military medical centre.
